At least one author of accepted papers must register by May 9, 2024. Single registration can cover up to two papers.

Registration Payment Terms
Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to below the cancellation policy.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made with a written notification of cancellation to Ortra Ltd. as follows:
Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund, excluding $30 handling fees.
- Before May 26, 2024, Full refund, excluding $30 handling fee
- From May 27, 2024, until June 6, 2024 – Full refund, excluding $100 handling fee
- From June 7, 2024 - 50% refund
- From June 27, 2024 – No refund.
