At least one author of each accepted paper must register by May 8, 2024, with the final manuscript submitted by May 9, 2024, to be included in the final program. A single registration covers up to two papers.
Accepted papers will be presented either as a 20-minute oral session (including Q&A) or in a poster session — either way, at least one registered author must be present. Conference proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®.
Given the current situation in Israel, we recognize that travel may be limited for some overseas delegates. A hybrid participation option is available — details below.

Hybrid Participation for Overseas Delegates
International presenters joining virtually are asked to submit a pre-recorded lecture as a backup, in case in-person attendance isn't possible.

Instructions for submitting your pre-recorded presentation have been sent to all accepted authors. We look forward to working with you to make this a successful conference.
