At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference by September 4, 2023 and the final manuscript must be submitted till September 4, 2023 to be included in the final program. Single registration can cover up to two papers.

Papers accepted for publication will be presented either as a 20-minute (including Q&A) oral session or as a poster in a poster session. All presentations require the presence of at least one of the authors who must be registered to attend the conference. The conference proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®.

Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to below the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made with a written notification of cancellation to Ortra Ltd. as follows:

Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the Conference) – Full refund, excluding $30 handling fees.

Before September 18, 2023, Full refund, excluding $30 handling fee
From September 19, 2023, until October 18, 2023 – Full refund, excluding $100 handling fee
From October 19, 2023 - 50% refund
From October 25, 2023 – No refund.
