As we continue to keep track of the current global COVID situation and take into account the successful mass vaccination plan in Israel, we have high hopes that IEEE COMCAS 2021 will be taking place in-person during 1-3 November 2021. We would like to inform all paper submitters that the option for giving a virtual lecture has been taken into consideration. We will advise up to three months before the conference of the format of international lectures whose presenters are unable to join in-person. On this note, registration costs for those who will only be able to present virtually will be discounted. We look forward to receiving your submission and to our joint cooperation in ensuring a successful conference.

At least one author of accepted papers must register by September 9, 2021. Single registration can cover up to two papers.

Registration Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to below the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

If due to COVID-19 the conference will be cancelled or quarantine restrictions either side (in your country or in Israel) apply, a full refund will be made. If the conference will be postponed or changed to a virtual conference, a full or partial refund will be made.

In case the conference will be held under the requirements of the Israeli Health Ministry, the cancellation policy will be as follows:

Refund of registration fees will be made with a written notification of cancellation to Ortra Ltd. as follows:

  • Before October 18, 2021 – Full refund less $100 handling fee
  • From October 18, 2021 until October 24, 2021 – 50% refund
  • From October 25, 2021 – No refund.
