Say hello to Brown Brut, a spectacular new boutique hotel, located right by the promenade of Tel Aviv, between Neve Tzedek neighborhood and the beach that stretches at its foot. The hotel is housed in the Gaon House, an office building built in the late 1970s. Upon becoming a boutique hotel, the unique structure underwent a process of urban renewal that brought the blush back to its cheeks.

Accommodation & Tourism Services Terms of Payment
Payments will be charged via the conference regsitration form and will be refunded according to the cancellation policy below.
If paying by bank transfer or bank cheque, you must pay the full amount due at once.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation reaches the Conference Secretariat by email at comcas@ortra.com as follows:
- Cancellation received until September 19, 2023 – Full refund less US$ 30 handling fee
- Cancellation received between September 20, 2023 – October 17, 2023 - 50% Refund
- Cancellation received from October 18, 2023 and no-show – no refund on reservation.
*If the conference will be cancelled or changed to virtual format due to COVID restrictions in Israel, a full refund will be made.
Cancellation Insurance (Accommodation and Tourism Services)
For an additional fee of $50 per registrant, you can choose an enhanced cancellation/ refund option, allowing you to cancel your Accommodation and/ or Tourism Services reservation for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT+2) on Oct 18, 2023, and receive a full refund for your accommodation payments. If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of reservation and no later than Sep 04, 2023. Note that under this enhanced cancellation/ refund option, you will need to provide written notification of cancellation to: Ortra Ltd at comcas@ortra.com by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on Oct 18, 2023, in order to be eligible for the refund. To choose this option, place a check next to this option on the registration form and the $50 fee will be added to your total charges.
