At least one author of accepted papers must register by September 9, 2023. Single registration can cover up to two papers.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

Refund of registration fees will be made with a written notification of cancellation to Ortra Ltd. as follows:

Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the ConferenceSymposium) – Full refund, excluding $30 handling fees.

  • Before September 18, 2023, Full refund, excluding $30 handling fee
  • From September 19, 2023, until October 18, 2023 – Full refund, excluding $100 handling fee
  • From October 19, 2023 - 50% refund
  • From October 25, 2023 – No refund.
