Travel, Tours and Accommodation

The Organizing Committee has appointed Ortra Ltd., a registered travel agent, as the official organizer and travel agent for the conference.

Rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Tel Aviv Hotel (5 star), the Renaissance Tel Aviv Hotel (4 star) and the Tal Hotel (3 star), which are offered to the Conference participants at special reduced rates when booked through Ortra. Double and single occupancy rooms are available.

ADDITIONAL TOURIST SERVICES
Ortra Ltd. is offering pre- and post- conference tours. Participants are invited to make additional reservations for tourist services as desired, such as hotel extensions, regular tours, private car tours, car rentals, touring in limousines with driver/guide, etc.

A. TRAVEL

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Upon request, Ortra Ltd. will arrange private transfer from the airport to the Hilton Tel Aviv Hotel, the Renaissance Tel Aviv Hotel or the Tal Hotel at cost of US$ 50 per car (up to 6 people). Participants who book this service should inform the Secretariat of their arrival details no later than one week prior to arrival and they will be met at the airport by Ortra’s representatives.

B. DAILY ACCOMMODATION RATES

* Important Note:
Participants requesting to share a double room should clearly specify this on their Tourist Services Forms. The Secretariat will not accept reservations for sharing double rooms unless both forms clearly state the name of the person that they are sharing a room with.

C.1. JERUSALEM – FULL DAY TOUR
• Departure dates: Daily
• Highlights: Mount Scopus – a view of Temple Mount, Mount Zion and the Citadel, Jaffa’s Gate and the City’s walls, Jewish Quarter – The Cardo, Armenian Quarter, Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Wailing Wall, Panoramic view of the city from Sherover’s Promenade, visit “Yad Vashem”
• Rate: US$ 60 per person

C.2. EIN GEDI SPA DEAD SEA - FULL DAY TOUR
• Departure dates: Daily
• Highlights: A day of fun relaxation and health at Ein Gedi Spa on the Dead Sea shore, the lowest and saltiest place on earth.
• Rate: US$ 62 per person

C.3. SEA OF GALILEE NAZARETH CAPERNAUM TIBERIAS - FULL DAY TOUR
• Departure dates: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
• Highlights: City of Nazareth, Church of Annunciation, Tabgha, Capernaum, “Yardenit” Baptismal site, Tiberias, Panoramic view of Poria
• Rate: US$ 62 per person

C.4. CAESAREA, ACRE, ROSH HANIKRA - FULL DAY TOUR
• Departure date: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday
• Highlights: Caesarea – Theatre, Ancient city, Aquaduct, Acre Old City, Templers Tunnel, Rosh Hanikra, Israel-Lebanon Border
• Rate: US$ 67 per person

C.5. JERUSALEM – OLD CITY - HALF DAY TOUR (ONE WAY)
• Departure date: Sunday through Thursday
• Highlights: Mount Scopus – a view of Temple Mount, Mount Zion and the Citadel, Jaffa’s Gate and the City’s walls, Jewish Quarter – The Cardo, Armenian Quarter, Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the Wailing Wall. The Tour ends in Jerusalem.
• Rate: US$ 31 per person

The above rates include: Touring in an air-conditioned vehicle and guiding by a licensed English-speaking guide.
The above rates do not include: Lunch, tips and other personal expenses

REQUEST FOR TOURIST SERVICES
Kindly mark your requests for tourist services on the online Tourist Services Form and return it with payment to Ortra Ltd. Payment to Ortra Ltd. can be made by bank draft or bank transfer to account no. #142-472330 at Bank Hapoalim (swift code POALILIT), Branch no. 780, Itzhak Sade Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express only).

Payment by Credit Card will be charged in US$, based on the exchange rate between the Euro and the US$ on the date of payment.

Online tourist services bookings and payment by credit card are on a secure server.

TOURIST SERVICES PAYMENT TERMS
The total balance of your tourist services reservation will be charged upon receipt of your “Tourist Services Form”. Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Refund of payments made towards Tourist Services reservations, will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat as follows:
